Body Beat
This training program is addressed to everyone and its philosophy is the contact with the body and its strengthening using the principles of circuit training with body weight or with weights and rubber bands.
The aim is the strengthening, the improvement of physical condition, fat burning and our contact with the body by understanding how it functions, reacts and responds on an emotional level.
Through the Rhythm of our body we are going to listen and understand the Rhythm of our soul.
BaRRe Body
BaRRe Body is a fusion of ballet and pilates, remixed with intention, flow and feel-good music. Focusing on our daily intention, posture, balance, and flexibility with an emphasis on strengthening our core and lengthening the torso through visualization and repetition.
BaRRe Body class is designed to target and isolate muscle groups, while we add beautifully coordinated movements and purpose into each exercise.
By energetically moving and stretching throughout the entire class, expect an elevated heart rate, thoroughly worked and stronger muscles, plus increased balance, flexibility, and sense of inner grace.
BaRRe Cardio
BaRRe Dance is a dance-based class that is inspired by BaRRe Body and Dance Aerobics; while at its core, is a full body workout designed to increase energy levels, muscle strength, flexibility, rhythm and build self-confidence.
Facing the teacher and at the ballet bar, movement sequences are repeated set on music, allowing us to get comfortable enough to add on movements and add in our own personality! Expect to have fun, express yourself, and work your body.
Dance Aerobics
This class is a super fun, full-body, fat burning, mind challenging, high cardio hour full. The class is dance based so it is highly influenced by music, musicality, and self-expression, while incorporating a balance of aerobics repetitions and sequences. This combination makes this class a very enjoyable, high intensity class that is most beneficial to increasing our stamina, releasing built up toxins and making you feel so accomplished and strong once completed.
Power Stretch
Power Stretch is inspired from exercises that will strengthen the entire body while bringing your mind into a state of presence!
The class is a combination of Pilates based stretching, classic circuit training exercises and stretching movements so that your body and mind are working together in to receive the maximum benefits. Strength, flexibility, better posture, better focus, breath control, abdominal and mind/body strengthening are some of the benefits which you will feel from the first lessons!
Core Balance
This is a medium intensity, mat-based class that focuses on sculpting the core and the glutes by using both our body weight and light weights to bring us to a state of mindfulness presence. Through slow controlled and targeted movements, we will strengthen our core muscles, achieve a toned body and a sense of calmness and focus in our minds.
Zen Stretch
Zen Stretch is an inspired class which will provide you with an improved range of motion by strengthening and mobilizing the whole body while connecting to our soul surface in preparation to dig even deeper. Through dynamic flows and soothing stretches, this class is suitable for anyone who wants to stretch their entire body, improve flexibility and body posture, prevent injuries, acquire a better mental health and overall feel more relaxed.
Flexibility II
In this flow we will build up little by little and we will work on developing all required elements for our peak pose within our bodies and with our bodies.
Together we will explore different ways to approach our peak pose in a safe manner which is unique to everyone.
Modifications will be provided for all levels and anatomical cueing will support growth and progress. It is aimed for students who are eager to try new things and want to explore new possibilities!
Ashtanga Flow
The class is based on the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The features of this specific practice are the dynamic movement changes with flow and breathing linked to them. The physical poses (asana) are synchronized with the controlled breathing and retained by the internal locks of the body. The positions are connected through Vinyasa so as to create a deep and purifying body heat. It is a dynamic yoga form. It benefits the people who seek empowerment, flexibility, a clear mind and an energy boost.
The practice of this class is feasible for people of all ages and physical fitness.
Mindful Movement
The class begins with stillness — time to connect with ourselves, so we can arrive together in the present. Harmony follows, synchronizing movement with the breath, the gaze and the mind. Enjoying the flow that builds as the asanas transition, we move closer and closer to our goal: our conscious presence, here and now, letting go of everything we no longer need.
